通過(guò)展覽會(huì)促銷酒店必須做好以下幾個(gè)方面.
酒店要想通過(guò)參加展覽會(huì)達(dá)到促銷的目的,必須做好以下幾方面的工作:
   (1)注意展位的布置和展銷會(huì)期間活動(dòng)的安排
    參展的目的就是將自己的產(chǎn)品展現(xiàn)在客戶面前,吸引客戶進(jìn)而達(dá)成交易。展位的選擇很重要。拐角處的雙開(kāi)面的展位要比單開(kāi)面的展位更能吸引觀眾,費(fèi)用也不會(huì)太高;選擇一個(gè)人流較大的展位比較重要,比較偏僻的展位效果則大打折扣。展會(huì)商會(huì)提前發(fā)來(lái)邀請(qǐng)函,并附有展位平面圖,所以及早預(yù)訂可獲得較理想的展位。
    展位是門(mén)面,展位布置的風(fēng)格、形式對(duì)于吸引參展代表的注意力和興趣具有重要作用。因?yàn)閰⒄箚挝惠^多集中在狹小的空間,人們不可能光顧所有的展位,而富有新意、不同于一般的展位能更好地吸引參展代表的眼球。最好邀請(qǐng)專業(yè)的設(shè)計(jì)機(jī)構(gòu)對(duì)展位進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)和裝潢,但要有酒店的人員參與其中,展位的色彩要整體諧調(diào),不需太花哨,展位的上方貼出大幅強(qiáng)勢(shì)宣傳廣告噴繪畫(huà),并配有燈光效果,讓客戶很遠(yuǎn)就能看到。
    展位可以設(shè)置食品飲料和酒店模型、客房或健身設(shè)施實(shí)物等展示。另外,為了避免參加展銷會(huì)只是純粹與人們交談和發(fā)放宣傳品,酒店有必要安排一些特別促銷項(xiàng)目參展,如現(xiàn)場(chǎng)獻(xiàn)計(jì)、食品品嘗、歌舞表演等。
   (2)展中注意事項(xiàng)
    參展人員除統(tǒng)一著裝和佩帶酒店標(biāo)識(shí)的胸牌外,需特別注重自己的形象。每個(gè)人要站立迎賓,精神抖數(shù),良好的精神面貌體現(xiàn)了酒店形象設(shè)計(jì)的活力和蓬勃向上的氛圍。參展人員不要在展會(huì)前隨意打鬧或吃喝,不要在展位前無(wú)所事事,看書(shū)讀報(bào),給客戶不好的印象。
    面對(duì)光顧展位的客戶,主動(dòng)打招呼,歡迎進(jìn)來(lái)參觀。
    對(duì)于來(lái)展位進(jìn)行交流的客戶,留下他們的名片,并邀請(qǐng)他們合影,并在對(duì)方的名片上進(jìn)行標(biāo)明。通過(guò)合影,便于對(duì)客戶的記憶,展后將相片以郵件發(fā)給客戶,相片上標(biāo)明于某展會(huì)合影留念,會(huì)起到比較理想的效果。
    與同行交換客戶資源,主動(dòng)拜訪參展的同行,向他們推薦酒店的產(chǎn)品,將宣傳資料留給他們,也向他們索取宣傳資料,以收到資源互補(bǔ)共享的效果。
   (3)注重展銷會(huì)后的及時(shí)跟進(jìn)
    參加展銷會(huì)能使酒店結(jié)識(shí)許多可能的客戶,但要取得促銷的效果,酒店必須高度重視會(huì)后的及時(shí)跟進(jìn),首先對(duì)客戶進(jìn)行分類,根據(jù)展會(huì)上與客戶談判的過(guò)程及結(jié)果,將客戶分為正式客戶、潛在客戶、無(wú)效客戶。正式客戶是指老客戶,對(duì)于老客戶要詢問(wèn)他們對(duì)曾使用的產(chǎn)品有何建議,未來(lái)需要什么樣的 產(chǎn)品;潛在客戶指對(duì)你的產(chǎn)品有明確的訂購(gòu)意向,指需進(jìn)一步跟進(jìn),確定一些細(xì)節(jié)即可訂貨的客戶;無(wú)效客戶指僅在展會(huì)留下名片,沒(méi)有進(jìn)行過(guò)交流,且對(duì)方僅是收集一些資料的客戶。根據(jù)客戶的分類,對(duì)重點(diǎn)客戶要重點(diǎn)聯(lián)系,先聯(lián)系重點(diǎn)客戶,分清主次,通過(guò)信函、電話、銷售訪問(wèn)等手段對(duì)客戶進(jìn)行促銷。
