酒店VI設(shè)計(jì)問卷的調(diào)查技巧!
1.事實(shí)性問題
    事實(shí)性問題主要是要求應(yīng)答者回答一些有關(guān)事實(shí)的問題。例如:你通常什么時(shí)候看電視?
    事實(shí)性問題的主要目的在于求取事實(shí)資料,因此問題中的字眼定義必須清楚,讓應(yīng)答者了解后能正確回答。
    市場(chǎng)調(diào)查中,許多問題均屬“事實(shí)性問題”,例如應(yīng)答者個(gè)人的子資料:職業(yè)、收入、家庭狀況、居住環(huán)境、教育程度等。這些問題又稱為“分類性問題”,因?yàn)榭筛鶕?jù)所獲得的資料而將應(yīng)答者分類。在問卷之中,通常將事實(shí)性問題放在后邊,以免應(yīng)答者在回答有關(guān)個(gè)人的問題時(shí)有所顧忌,因而影響以后的答案。如果抽樣方法是采用配額抽樣,則分類性問題應(yīng)置于問卷之首,否則不知道應(yīng)答者是否符合樣本多規(guī)定的條件。
2.意見性的問題
    在問卷中,往往會(huì)詢問應(yīng)答者一些有關(guān)意見或態(tài)度的問題。
    例如:你是否喜歡XX酒店?
    意見性問題事實(shí)上即態(tài)度調(diào)查問題。應(yīng)答者是否愿意表達(dá)他真正的態(tài)度,固然要考慮,而態(tài)度強(qiáng)度亦有不同,如何從答案中衡量其強(qiáng)弱,顯然也是一個(gè)需要解決的問題。通常而言,應(yīng)答者會(huì)受到問題所用字眼和問題次序的影響,作出不同反應(yīng),因而答案也有所部同。對(duì)于事實(shí)性問題,可將答案與已知資料加以比較。但在意見性問題方面則較難作比較工作,因應(yīng)答者對(duì)同樣問題所作的反應(yīng)各不相同,因此意見性問題的設(shè)計(jì)遠(yuǎn)較事實(shí)性問題困難。這種問題通常有兩種處理方法:其一是對(duì)意見性問題的答案只用百分比表示,例如有的應(yīng)答者同意某一看法等等;另一方法則旨在衡量應(yīng)答者的態(tài)度,故可將答案化成分?jǐn)?shù)。
3.困窟性問題
    困窟性問題時(shí)指應(yīng)答者不愿在調(diào)查員面前作答的某些問題,比如關(guān)于私人的問題,或不為一般社會(huì)道德所接納的行為、態(tài)度,或?qū)儆械K聲譽(yù)的問題。例如:平均說來,每個(gè)月你打幾次麻將?如果你的汽車是分期購(gòu)買的,一共分多少期?你是否向銀行抵押借款購(gòu)股票?除了你工作收入外,尚有其他收入嗎?
    如果一定要想獲得困窟性問題的答案,又避免應(yīng)答作不真實(shí)回答,可采用以下方法:
    (1)間接問題法。不直接詢問應(yīng)答者對(duì)某事項(xiàng)的觀點(diǎn),而改蚊他認(rèn)為其他該事項(xiàng)的看法如何。
    例如:用間接問題旨在套取應(yīng)答認(rèn)為是旁人的觀點(diǎn)。所以在他回答后,應(yīng)立即再加上問題:“你同他們的看法是否一樣?”

    (3)隨機(jī)反應(yīng)法。根據(jù)隨機(jī)反應(yīng)法,可估計(jì)出回答困窟問題的人數(shù)。
    (4)斷定性問題。有些問題時(shí)先假定應(yīng)答者已有該種態(tài)度或行為。
     例如:你每天抽多少支香煙?事實(shí)上該應(yīng)答者極可能根本不抽煙,這種問題則為斷定性問題。正確處理這種問題的方法是在斷定性問題之前加一條“過濾”問題。
     例如:你抽煙嗎?
     如果應(yīng)答者回答“是”,用斷定性問題繼續(xù)問下去才有意義,否則在過濾問題后就應(yīng)停止。
    (5)假設(shè)性問題。有許多問題時(shí)先假定意中情況,然后詢問應(yīng)答者在該種情況下,他會(huì)采取什么行動(dòng)。
     例如:如果XX酒店房?jī)r(jià)漲價(jià)至500元/間·天,你是否將改看另一家未漲價(jià)的酒店?

     以上皆屬假設(shè)性問題,應(yīng)答者對(duì)這種問題多數(shù)會(huì)答“是”。這種探測(cè)應(yīng)答者未來行為的問題,應(yīng)答者的答案事實(shí)上沒有多大意義,因?yàn)槎鄶?shù)人都愿意嘗試一種新東西,或獲得一些新經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
